# Adding Mods to Your Server

> Add and manage mods on your CraftLands server with a step-by-step guide for Forge and Fabric installation, custom mod uploads, and configurations.

## How to Add Mods to Your Server

1. **Set Your Server to Forge/Fabric**

   * Go to the **Version Changer** and select Forge or Fabric as the server type.

2. **Use the Mods Section**

   * On the left menu, select the **Mods** section.

   * Search for the desired mod and click **Install**.

3. **Upload Custom Mods (Optional)**

   * If the mod isn’t available in the Mods section:

     * Open the **File Manager**.

     * Upload the mod `.jar` file to the `mods` folder.

4. **Start Your Server**

   * Click **Start** to apply the mods and initialize your server.
